@androoow. Hank only said that they recorded it. Yes, he didn't mention Vangelis but neither did he claim that they composed it!! Anybody listening to the actual theme music would realise that never in a million years is that something the Shadows would compose. In actual fact, the Shadows don't, and seldom have, composed the songs that they record!!

the way Hank says it , its as though THEY composed the track..no mention what so ever of Vangelis!!!! "we recorded the music to that film" ..!!!!! what happened to giving credit where credit is due???

I Agree With You Scrumptious Strat. He is. So expressive and unique. And That Sound my god. Special!! And this tune is so beautiful . completely written for The Shadows. Long Live Hank Marvin and The Shadows.

If anybody wanted any more proof that, technically speaking, Hank Marvin is the best guitarist in the world - this is it!!! How many other guitarists have been going for as long and stayed as popular? What a genius this man is! If his Son turns out to be half as good he'll be doing well!! Keep it up Hank - you're the best!!!!!
