Red Star reviews have compared this Playstation 2 title to essentially every video game ever made.

In response, I have mixed to the SFX, the entire game BGM from essentially every video game ever made.

No Miss = No damage to the lifebar

  • @FunYearsOld You block and then move the analog stick backwards. I think only this character can use it.

  • how you make the jump at 00:53 ?

  • wtfk .. okay this question is to something like 2 years ago ... so the only music they used in red star is music from other games ... i dont get it .

  • Awesome game!!!

  • now I get it

such a great game so huh :P

  • Anyway, there were so many name-drops of game titles that Red Star supposedly "played like", it drove the idea to use game music from absolutely everything instead of use the real-world music I regularly do.

  • Well...when the game first came out, reviewers often try to describe what the game plays like. Some reviewers said this game plays like Ikari Warriors, others said it feels like Contra; many reviewers said Final Fight while others said Streets of Rage; then there were a couple who said things like this game plays like Zelda, or a WWII FPS "set in the future". Then there were the lot who only know Ikaruga as the only STG (2D shoot-em-up) to ever exist, so they claim it plays like that.

  • sorry for this almost-sleeping comment...

but anyway... could you try and explain better o.o?

  • i dont get it... how can they compare a game to video games... some explanation please o.o
