I have a question, that I can't find an satisfying answer to, atm. Since you are the only expert on that topic that I know, I wonder if you could help me out? If the question is too stupid/annoying, just don't answer... ;)

I discovered that Nutella has skimmed milk in it. And Wikipedia says that it is bad for people with lactose intolerance. Now I wonder, is the "effect" only kicking in after you consumed a certain amount of lactose? Is the amount too low in Nutella? Or how is that working?
