  • @awesome220 Good call, you're right. I was using the term incorrectly. I thought that coplanar meant that there was a plane that contains points from both lines, not the entirety of both lines.

  • The skew lines in this example are incorrect. They are coplanar. The plane they lie in exists, it is just not drawn. On his picture, an example of skew lines would be AB and FG.
