Nice! You can really see the dirt getting sucked away. An RX-20 with high heat is how you clean dirty carpet. How much heat did you use?

Question. The star that goes underneath looks like ti's not there. Did you have some other attachment on the underside. It looks like it was floating up and down. I have 3 rx20's and that one looked unusual as it was cleaning.

This is the old stlye Rx-20, that is why it looks different.

It is an old style rx -20.
It hops a little due to the star wheel is old.
