It wouldn't surprise me the least if that terrorist that got punched in the face was a relative of some Iraqi business man or perhaps someone with higher power than the average Iraqi. Probably told the Americans to do something about those seals or else an important business deal would not go through. Whenever you're left standing there thinking "WTF", then it can usually be traced back to the all mighty dollar.

I was in Iraq when they hung the bodies on the bridge. It was the worst time period during the war. I have no problem if a Navy Seal wants to punch the Muj. Hell, we fired .50 cal rounds off to stop traffic. The ICDC/ ING guys we were training would yank the locals out of their cars, beat the shit out of them then search their vehicle.Ask a combat arms troop that fought in the early days; you'll hear some shit.
