If G.W. Bush's primary motive in invading Iraq really was to oust the evil dictator Saddam Hussein who killed thousands of his citizens and liberate the country, then surely Mugabe should be on his radar too. But this is not so. Why? Because Zimbabwe doesn't have oil.
