Yep, it's a TruthfulChristian video. I've had this video partially done since April! I was delayed do to school and then to various computer issues. It is difficult to render videos with a laptop, but it's what I have to use.

TruthfulChristian is, in many ways, typical typecast of a Creationists. He has delusions of grandeur and a feeling of superiority despite lacking knowledge of the most rudimentary concepts from the basic configuration of out solar system to the definitions of "fact" and "theory". He has also been frustrating members of the League of Reason with willful ignorance and his tendency to be disingenuous. I, myself have had a strange discussion with him on Skype before he inexplicably blocked me.

  • 4:40 He has so many firefox addons xD

  • @CoolFire666 That's me, and I only have two.

  • @JRChadwick I can see a BlogTV bar, AVG bar, Twitter bar and some additional search bar for sure! That's *counts* 4! Well, technically they're probably plugins or extensions or something, but still. Either way I just happened to notice, it was an awesome video none the less.

  • @CoolFire666 the Twitter is a drop down menu for the BlogTV Bar and the Yahoo search is part of AVG.

TruthfulChristian is someone who has crossed all of our perceived boundaries of stupidity. No one has ever been stupid enough to put an RV into cruse control and then leave the drivers seat, but that is only because TruthfulChristian probably doesn't drive.

  • Golly, I am so happy to hear abiogenesis does not explain Neptune. Whew! That's a relief...... I thought it did!

  • @Desertphile The Big Bang does not explain the formation of D.N.A.

  • What came first - DNA or proteins? A popular hypothesis is: neither!

What could code like DNA? RNA. What can catalyze reactions like proteins? RNA.

Why the hell we have DNA and proteins then? They do a better job - but the are not the only ones that can do the job.

  • It was way back in 1967 that I was first exposed to Darwin's dangerous idea, long before Dan Dennett wrote a book by that title. Unlike the myths I was being taught about human sacrifice and a bronze age desert sky god, drinking blood and eating human flesh, evolution made a great deal more sense.

To take the myths of the Hebrews, Christians, Romans or Greeks literally is to miss the point altogether. Until the reformation, the creation story was seen as allegory, not a literal account.

  • @TheDcac - possibly ...but I highly doubt it. and if he does have a degree it's most likely in nothing even vaguely related to the topic.

  • @verstwo2 possibly because he had a "college" education and degree?

  • So wait... where does knee cartilage come into this?

  • he says he has a collage education.... but refrains from saying he has a collage degree.
