Wonderful, thank-you ! I'd been wondering what in the world I was going to eat on the plane the next time I travel... : )

Nice. I just wonder if I can take this stuff on a plane to Asia and Europe, etc. You were taking about some kind of "cheese", where can I find the recipe? Do you have a video about it, or are you going to make one soon? It sounds yummy so I'd really like to know how to make it!!

Great video! I have to fly a couple of times a year and I've never thought to make trail mix. I'm going to try that pudding too!

Great video! Where could I get that container that you had the veggies in?

I think what they're concerned about is live plants. They don't want you to introduce a new, potentially invasive species to another part of the world.

Excellent how 2, beats plane food any day

what are you doing in california?

Karen, great information. I love your videos and have bookmarked your site. I just have one question about this video. Last time I went on a plane from Florida to Puerto Rico or was it Puerto Rico to Florida? Anyway, I brought an apple along and it was taken away from me while going through security. I was told I wasn't allowed to bring any fruits or vegetables on the plane from outside the airport. Any thoughts on this?

I gather this is an inter-state or US-related situation. I don't think there is anything you can do about that, but perhaps raw snack bars fit the criteria? My trips are UK to USA and this is not a problem for me so long as I don't bring food off the plane the other end. I have to eat it or bin it on the plane.

Just google on Aladdin Chill and Go - that should do the trick!

Sure - 1 cup mac nuts + 1 cup cashew _ juice of half a lemon + 1/2 clove garlic. Just blend in a food processor - add water to get the consistency you desire. Super easy and super tasty!
