if i heard it correctly there are no mana or mp stuff right ? every skill depends only on recharge. who can confirm that ? if its true thats awesome

@darksoul3100 I can confirm that. That was changed in the latest Demo build, which was playable at Gamescom and PAX 2011. If you search on youtube for 2011 GW2 demo videos, you will see the new changes. Also, this is not final, they might change it again, but until now, this is the current combat system in Closed Beta testing.

@GustavoMsTrashCan there are 3 types of professions: Adventure, Scholar, Soldier. Necromancer is under Scholar profession, which means they wear light armor. Also it means, that he can wear armors from Elementalist and Mesmer. Soldier professions wear heavy armor, and Adventure professions wear medium armor.

I thought It was possible, since ANet has claimed "You can be everything you want In GW2". So It's not exactly like -that-, I guess. :P

@GustavoMsTrashCan nope :( but it's some truth behind those words, because you really can be anything with a class, you can heal, do dmg, and support your team, with each and every class, even with warriors, or thief :) But as far as armors goes, you still can customize your character with almost infinite possibilities, but you can't wear warrior or guardian armors with an ele/mesmer/necro :)

@sango213 but it has nothing to do with PVE leveling so all alts have to start at level 1.

@sango213Ahh you misheard at 8:33 on the gw2 high level guardian part 2 total biscuit says to colin johanson

" guild wars was known for the ability to create a level 20 from sctrach and get invoved in PVP" from playing GW i did that myself but GW was split into 2 parts one was 'campaign' mode and the other was PVP mode in PVP you can create a lvl 20 (which was the lvl cap) at pvp so it was balanced. similar to GW2 where when you do competivte PVP you go staright to level 80 to make it balanced.

@MrFrostbite4 ok, it's been months, so I can't really be expected to remember the specific names. it was the gnome-ish thing, when they were facing the giant skeleton dragon. There was just him and HerpaDerp fighting it. They mention it in that episode. Hope that is specific enough for you to find it.

becasue i cant find any more videos :/, it would be helpful if you could find the link plus im trying to search on the internet and no relevant results are coming up only things about GW2 being alt-friendly and endgame for chars

@MrFrostbite4 I already did that for some one before...but, what ever. Look at TotalBuscuit's "let's play" thing from games con or what ever it was (some Germany-based convention).

He plays 3-4 episodes with a developer of GW2. In one of these, the developer mentions this. These are in English.
