The point I heard Sirota address is so true to me. Good government starts at home. Right in your own city councel office and meetings. Get enough like minded people to show up around an issue effecting a large group of people, you will get things done you never dreamed of. Start a meet up group and get organized.

This guy is a corrupt liar. he knows who he works for. WOuld he like to explain how minimum wage hikes affect local inflation and cost of living. Corrupt people spending more money is not a valid gauge to measure commerce or the economy. It is how much money the honest people spend which counts. This snake is hiding in plain sight.

I just found out about this guy right now, however your attacks on him based off this video seem pretty out of line. 90% of what your talking about is not even in this video. I don't agree with the orientation that Governments should be the end all and the we must beg them for help. However that in this short video what he is really talking about is distortion. What is wrong with that?

Well, I don't think he's a moron, per se, but he is very definitely a true believer, and he doesn't let the facts get in the way of what he believes. Simply stated, he seems to believe that "authorities" can figure out how to run private businesses and set wages better than the individuals involved....which is pretty crazy. When Stossel asked him, "Why not just raise the minimum wage to $40" he had no response, and just accused Stossel of changing the topic...pretty pathetic...

I am David Sirota and the FACT is that Americans WANT Socialism and even Communism but the options are just not discussed, After all ( some cultish) POLLS show that AMERICANS want Socialism and even Communism in our healthcare system". BLAHHH BLAHHH BLAHHHH. 1) This KID is still barely out of his DIAPER. 2) The POLLS that he speaks of are taken from questionable polling sources that use manipulative polling questions and are taken in areas where education is lacking.
