Oxfam is in Durban, South Africa for the latest round of climate negotiations, COP 17.
Oxfam kicked off our efforts with a dinner party in the sea to provide a stark illustration of the effects that extreme weather will have on our already creaking food system.
Poor people already spend a big proportion of their incomes on food and this will increase if crops fail due to an unpredictable climate.

Really Oxfam, if you (& all other COP 17 participants) ARE "hungry for action" @ the UN Climate Conference, then SHOW IT -- get these important vids VIEWED by as many people as possible, via YT's/Twitter's millions! WTF HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE -- SLEEP? Scrap that & use this opportunity to create a buzz, GET THE WORD OUT... [like, NOW??!!]
