i have seen at the pizza stores that when the lady was making pizza she at one point used somethg to make ruff lines on the flattened dough...and chef here in this video made holes with fork only in the thin one...can we make holes in the thick one too?

i want to know what flour he used...bread flour,refined flour or wheat flour......otherwise Mr.Sanjay you are really a good cooking teacher...u know how ladies want to have short-cuts in cooking and want to cook in all the available thgs in the house.
