@Ifrit66 nvm thought it was thunder3 cast, but it was maat who cast thunder2.

actually ushio youre wrong here...chainspell in the end is better. it interrupts his spells. and you should start the fight with dispel THEN sleep..he was incredibly lucky though.

This brings back some memories haha. I remeber doing my fight I borrowed an austere staff I bummed off a friend a lot of int gear. And I went threw up ice spikes, SS, and blink only. Went in quick I hit him with diaga had macros set for fast attacks Chainspelled, spammed Aero III's and Rebuffs like SS and Blink. Got him with 8 hits carrying a Vile Elixir+1 really helped out and I got him. Crazy ass plan but it worked haha.

Items are great to have but you technically don't need them . And he does have the food effect on so I assume he ate a melon pie.

The funny thing you fail to mention also is you did this at level 75....you casted thunder3 lol...merited too im guessing. and yet you barely won...

@CatabolicAvatar Haha, I was def a poor as level 70 RDM. This was very very long ago, I was not prepared but wanted to get it done. Just got lucky.
