Endurance athlete Louise Kobin demonstrates the Back Extension Over Gym Ball Exercise for Physical Therapy of Los Gatos. This exercise restores correct ratios of core muscle strength and endurance, corrects inefficient running form, and helps teach runners to derive forward momentum from the gluteus maximus muscles.
