I agree baggytights. Sometimes I get so worked up with my failures. I get depressed and sad etc. But, Our God we all worship is so great and almighty. He's the one who made the cosmos, galaxies, planets, etc. We're just a speck of dust compared to God. He holds the universe in His hands. And so I shouldn't worry about my troubles because I know our God is right by my side always and forever and he'll provide for me.

i love the pictures of the nebulas and galaxies. i just read this quote from francis chan's book where he quotes RC Sproul:
"Men are never duly touched and impressed with a conviction of their insignificance, until they have contrasted themselves with the majesty of God".

I get so arrogant sometimes in thinking my accomplishments, achievements, "Christian works", or even my problems and trials really mean anything. Then I remember how big God is and everything gets put into perspective.

very true. have you ever heard louie giglio's talks about galaxies and things on chris tomlin's indescribable tour? i saw two on DVD, and both times, i felt like an idiot about how big i felt, but i was so glad i did.
