The video picks up with Finley getting sick. Blair is beside himself with worry and grief, and replays all their best memories over in his head. Like when their daughter Annie was born, the times they spend together on Sundays, eating and cuddling in bed, and at her senior prom; when he just showed up to take her so she didn't have to go by herself and they had their first kiss.
She gets out of the hospital and ends up just drawing back from him. She's ill and afraid to get close to anyone again. But he's fighting for her with all he has. So he starts dating her again, knowing that hopefully, he can remind her that eventhough it's bad now, it has been before, but it always works out okay.
