  • tatty and messy

  • @mksav1 thanks for the helpful comments

  • The way they're jigged up none of the important dimensions change appreciably, and the bearing bore is machined after the part is heat-treated.

I don't know how you can say they're "not that good" when you don't know their weight or stiffness. I assume you mean mill them out of aluminum? Two words: endurance strength. Aluminum doesn't have it. Steel does.

  • Yo man , respect , i understand what your saying , most guys put their welding videos on here of the best welds they ever done and which they pobably have made hundreds of them so they got real good at it. And your right its most of the time all about the strength not the looks. KEEP IT UP DUDE DONT LISTEN TO THESE REJECTS THAT THINK THEYRE AMAZING AT WELDING

  • Thanks man!

  • 3 words. Walk The Cup. thats a waste of time tiggin like that.

  • I did walk the cup on the fillet welds were I could... please tell me how to walk the cup on an outside fillet weld and I will.

  • rubbish get out your saked

  • Jesus those welds are ugly as sh*t. You need alot of practice and less filler.

  • lookin good :) get your self some aluminum blocks or pucks to rest your hand on :) much easier to keep the hand steady, if you havent figured it out by now, dip on the outside of the puddle :) much more puddle control when you dip

  • It doesn't look good to me. Way too much filler? It should not mound up like that. Looks like a mig weld now.

  • @jamesch13 You guys build your uprights similar to us, dont listen to the *cough*fags*cough* who think milled aluminum is the only way to do it lol.

  • I don't understand one thing. When you weld the pieces don't they move and contract? and your upright is not that good. Why don't you mill them?

  • le mec, ilsoude comme un pied.
