Check out Hum, Shiner, C-Clamp, Castor, Pond, Red Red Meat, Thirty Ought Six, DoosU, Failure, Seki, Jawbox, Quicksand, Sunny Day Real Estate... just to name a few. Can't really go wrong with any off them.
Red Red Meat is kinda strange, and so is Pond but give them a chance and you'll be well rewarded.

ok..so can someone out there please tell me? In the sleeve of this albm it says all songs are property of "fist of tarver and all time lo" music...so clay and james wrote all of chavez's songs? For some reason I always assumed it was sweeney's band, but i guess i was wrong.
