Recently moved to Dodo as an ISP for ADSL and it's been a horrible mistake. Their connection would disconnect every few days for no reason and the speeds were terrible about 4-5pm every day.
The worst part was when I moved house. I talked to their tech line and was told it should move fine.
That was 3 weeks ago, still no ADSL. My Line Sync light came on last week and it started failing authentications (says it's hitting a server somewhere) and yet they insisted I had to keep waiting.
A week later of me ringing saying "Look I think it's working, but it's not authenticating" and they still insisting I should wait.
Talked to a very helpful guy at Internode today who was able to work out there was a service on my line. A few more calls I find out that Telstra connected my ADSL to the wrong ISP. If I waited for Dodo it would be 3 more weeks with no answer.
Now in wanting to no longer connect with Dodo they are insisting I pay out my contract for a service they can not provide and are still charging me for. Incredible.
This is a company that does the bare minimum. Don't waste your money with them

Dodo suck! We tried them first before bigpond. Took them 8-14 days to take out a direct debit from my bank acc then would suspend our internet saying we hadn't paid when the cash was still in the bank waiting! They rang EVERY night for payment, even though they knew it wasn't my fault WTF! In the end I paid $100 bucks to get out of the contract... Best thing I EVER done!
