LOL! I wish Sorenson is flithy rich, but unforunately Sorenson owes their investor $785 million. Rate cuts WILL affect VRS, that's the only point I think. I added a comment a day ago but it was removed. This is all biased if everyone cannot share their opinions. I'm a huge supporter of "Freedom of Speech"

@scottful777 Your comment was flagged a number of times until the system itself removed it. Everyone has different opinions and it looks like we stand at completely the opposite ends on this issue. So, I think it'll be better to just stick to what each of us agree on.

FYI I USED to work for sorenson tech support and i can tell you for the fact that 95% of the person in that VP3D video work for sorenson.

I can personally name all of them. They are from TEP, Tech Support, CIR, and Sales. Heck Even the person who upload it "lance Pickett" is the Manager of Tech support. My old boss.

They only doing it cus they wanna keep their jobs.

Still dont believe me? My Tech support number is 2018 about a year ago.

First of all, I love your ASL!!! I am a native ASL signer and your signs have inspired me. Now on to commenting on your comments about Sorenson. I am an employee of Sorenson and I do understand what you're saying about "hearing" executives. In their defense, they are not what you're trying to paint them as. They are hard working and innovative group that we could learn from. They really are trying to challenge the VRS industry to raise its stakes to bring us better quality of service.

Davis, relax.. more and more interpreters are taking CDI so they will be able to help you and it would be even better if more deaf professionals take CDI to understand your signs. Your gestures are rather low and crude, to be honest with no offense intended. Back to the point, think about this - why would Sorenson do what you said if it knows it will lose customers? It appears the Sorenson needs us to inform FCC about the rate change.. with the subtle warning the luxury of free products may go

It appears you have a big misunderstanding of what Ron implied. The phrase, "as we know it.." indicates the quality of service (and luxury including free products) we are accustomed to. Who don't ZVRS and other competitors do the same things, giving us free products? We know they don't - and do the research first please. Really.

Sorry for that bad experience with Sorenson. I know many Deaf people who enjoy working for Sorenson. I guess you're one of very few out of hundreds. Remember humans runs Sorenson, meaning there's flaws and Sorenson isn't perfect since humans aren't perfect. Everyone and companies make mistakes. We dont live in a perfect world. Do your research, yup Sorenson isn't rich.
