As a Scot who was a teen in the sixties into the seventies, I can attest that Scot's commonly loved Funk! I went to a roller rink which was in a Ball room, they had a d.j. and played Motown Music, as we called it, I've loved it all my life as every other Scot I know does, When I came to Canada I had more in common with the Black kids because they had dances and I went, I loved the stones and Zepplin but Scots nor anyone else should dance to that, they should dance to Funk, that's what we did,
