Texting while driving is a relatively new traffic safety issue that has local and national transportation officials, along with traffic safety advocates scrambling to find ways to address a rapidly growing concern. Some people need to see the potential consequences of their actions..If you believe the message from this video, please pass it forward to your family and friends...This PSA was produced by Peter Watkins-Hughes - an award winning, former BBC TV producer who is also a lecturer for the Documentary Film & Television department at the Newport School of Art with help from Gwent police department in South Wales, longer version 30 minutes called COW ...
