Tsunami averted

5 Oct 2009 Hey viewers. Don't think too badly of me: I shot this video while on a hike on the Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand about 2 hours after the Tsunami warning and it's cancellation. There was no radio or TV up there, and no news of any actual Tsunami deaths or damage at that point. The video was shot to make anyone who was concerned about me laugh and feel better, not to make fun of anyone else's deep personal tragedy. I posted long before checking news - as far as I knew it was a big false alarm.

If I had known that a tsunami had actually happened, I probably wouldn't have shot this. But I did, and it is what it is.
