I don't think one of them took too kindly to my comment that they smell. I should have been more precise and said "they smell... like cough drops", which they do.

  • @allanzoiscool No, they are protected fauna. Only licensed zoos & parks may keep them, otherwise they live in the bush. When the bucks are ruttish they make a heck of a din - indeed quite a low scarey growl from the bowels of hell. It sends the cats into a frantic rush for indoors. And beware, too, their claws - see how big & powerful they are - my 75yo uncle still has the scars from the time one went for him as a lad; granted he & my father were trying to catch it up a gum tree - silly buggers.

  • haha they are friggin cute when they walk!!!! is it legal to have one as a pet???
