Nice, I likes it! :-)

what a great and novel feature! Any other midi effects like this worth noting?

Are the piano parts being recorded to CK patterns?

aaaw, dont stop in the middle just when you were doing something cool with that thingamabob on the top right.

I wish my Christmas Tree lights made such beautiful music.. I have to make do with some cheesy bleepy version of 'O come all Ye faithful

The coolest MIDI effects are achieved using aux events - these are ways of sequencing the sequencer's own parameters, doing incremental or probability-based stuff, making the patterns more organic.

That's right. Was recording to Cirklon patterns with the record fade option - as long as you leave it in record velocities gradually decrease - and this decrease rate you can change as it plays. I'll do a better demo sometime, honest. :)

This was just a rough run-through to check out the video quality (a bit fuzzy) now that I'm able to render again. I'll do a proper job, sorry. This was intended to be a tutorial about loop recording using Cirklon's record/decay function.
Next time I hope to have a second camera doing Cirklon screen close-ups and be better organised etc. etc. (doesn't sound likely eh?)...
