The rain began on the Friday of the previous week, the car would run on Monday, but it was raining, so they decided to wait until the rain ends, but continuous rain throughout the week and they had to run even with rain, the rain only stopped on Sunday.

also that avenue is very bumpy for a racecar with lots of water ponds.
(I live on the left side, descending, near the 3/4 to the end of the major avenue he "flyed" by)
