In this tutorial, you will learn how to take your Green Screen Footage, and using Adobe Premier- create and fine tune both your video sequence and mask sequence videos. Later, you can add those two video sequences into popVideo Converter to create a transparent background video that can be used in iClone4.

  • why do you need to do this in PP when pop video converter ( from what I understand ) is supposed to do this on its own??????

  • This is the method to generate mask file for popVideo Converter 1.0. But you can directly do chromakey inside 2.0 now.

  • I have a canon HF S11. What converter do I need to get my footage into a format that pop 2 can read. Ive been at this for 2 days now with no sucess. The format is AVCHD. For some reason pop2 has a limited input capability. What converter do you use?

  • PopVideo Converter 2.0, imports all popular video formats: [.avi, .mpeg, .mpg, .popvideo, etc ...

If you have trouble converting your camera's footage to any of the formats mentioned inside popVideo Converter's browse option, then you may use 3rd party converters such as 'Format Factory' or others.

  • Great video keep up the good work.

  • DONDE DESCARGO EL POP VÍDEO

  • thanks for the reply. I spent another 6 hours today trying to convert footage from my Canon HF S11 into clean footage that pop video converter 2 trial could use to render something useful with no sucess what so ever. What conversion app do you guys use to get the footage used in the two newsroom demo videos? Ill use that and see what happens. Also, what camera were they shot with?

  • this is very useful as Im really lazy and tend to click on right click transparencies lol and just adjusted it all from there..I suppose I should really use premiere pro as I bought it ages ago but never bothered as 6.5 can do all this anyway lol

    in my favourites now! lol
