I'm posting this on YouTube because the file is too big to e-mail to friends. We started the oven 6 years ago and fired it for the first time a couple of weeks ago. (Time has a tendency to get away from us). It makes great bread, pizza, roast dishes, just about everything you can cook in an oven. We still have to do the facade finishing work. We followed Alan Scott's plans. His company is called Ovencrafters and he co-wrote a book called The Bread Builders.
