Letter Number Two From a Genie Francis Fan - Really now y'all. *sigh*

Okay, is there ANYONE out there who doesn't know I've been her fan for 35 frickin' years? No? Y'all pretty much get that by now? Okay, then at least we all know where we stand. Now, the video pretty much says it all for me. Really does. But I will add this one little thing - I watch daytime drama for lots of reasons. To laugh, to cry, to get mad as heck, shoot any emotion you can think of, there's a reason to watch daytime drama.

And Genie's always been able to give me whatever I needed at THIS particular moment, whenever that is. Not sure how that works. Maybe it's because all of her core fans are roughly the same age, I don't know. I'll let you discuss that amongst yourselves. I've loved every role she ever played (with special mention to Ceara, who is only second to Laura because of the latter's longevity.)

But right now, after having my favorite actress in exile for what feels like FOREVER, I've been just a tad riled. And guess what y'all? Genie understands her fans. Imagine that. There are bunches of them in daytime like that. It's why we don't want to let go of any of them, but I digress.

I have been reading all the boards, all the various opinions and critiques, and can even understand each view point. But as far as I'M concerned - and if the opinion of a 35 year Genie Francis fan has any weight at all, then here it is - I'm havin' the most fun I've had in years. Ask some of the others in the Genie Legion what they think. Bet it's similar. yep.
