Core development for all sports. Girls speed, agility, and Core strength for sports. Training these young ladies for speed, quickness, agility, flexibility, explosion , balance and endurance with Myosource Kinetic Bands.
These ladies are doing the hard work that will greatly enhance their on court skills. speed, vertical, change of direction, balance and endurance.

The Kinetic Bands help build strength in the Core muscles areas along with balance improvement, hip strength, change of direction and endurance.

Just a few mintes with each workout will greatly enhance their Core strength, decrease injuries, build confidence and enhance their sport specific skills.
