B.L.T. Salad

We absolutely loved this salad. I used a poppseed dressing and I think that's key to taking this salad to another level of goodness.

5 c torn greens or spinach
2 c grape or cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1/3 c bottled poppyseed salad dressing

Place greens in large bow. Top with tomatoes, bacon and eggs. Drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
