  • I give so much respect to DJ Kool Herc. When I was 14 years old, I was only exposed to real old school hip hop music. When i first started listening to real hip hop, i wondered Do a lot of people educate themselves when it comes to the foundations of hip hop? I guess not.

    Anyways DJ Kool Herc is a LEGEND and he deserves to get more respect but most people in this world are incredibly stupid now because they dont give respect to real people anymore.

  • yo guys i searched some songs, albums, mixes, vinyls but i couldn´t find anything about Kool Herc. Im just to stupid to find anything or he really didn´t released somethin? If anyone can say me some names of albums / songs i woul be really happy.

  • I remembered dj coke la rock. . .brotha' was such a soul brother . . he use to literely rap , while music was playin'...you know, delivering overtones, while mixing in speeches from our leaders back den'. . . goin' to the outside block parties that DJ KOOL HERC, CLARK KENT, and COKE LaROCK...thus formed, THE HERCULOIDS

  • im so glad to have seen herc doing a come back from over 30 years ago he was and still is very underated just seen this legend in crotona park on july 2010.

    doing a concert. lets give credit were is due and this man is the first to start this hip hop revolution. nothing beats the first..
