I have been there with the truck, at the end of the clip you see the large jetty, it`s Antifer, a petroleum area departement of Le Havre, for realy big Tankers who are to big for Le Havre. I brought there Food supplies for such a big tanker, from Rotterdam to Antifer by Truck.
