@jajbee you don't know what that means?? don't display your ignorance. when a baby breathes its their belly not their chest that goes up and down...they breath deeper than we do and oxigenate their bodies better, we have to relearn that... this is the technique taught in the eastern arts...yoga...tantra...etc. See we are never too old to learn something new.
