Anderson Silva Demos Leg Over Move

This was incredibly difficult for a guy my size, but effective when pulled off correctly. Watching him do this at full speed was amazing, really demonstrates the athleticism of the Spider.
*This was from a 2 Day Muay Thai and Brazilian JiuJitsu seminar with Anderson 'Spider' Silva and Antonio Minotauro Nogueira In Seattle March 15/16 2008. Most of the demonstrations were from Nog since his english is so much better. Both fighers were very hands on, showing each pairing their mistakes and coaching them through the moves. Fantastic once in a lifetime opportunity*
