this and flam paradiddles are the most annoying rudiments EVER. i say the flam paradiddles because its hell trying to get it clean with heights.

A good way to think of this one is the first two notes of alternating flam accents. Anyway this is a really fun rudiment once you figure it out.

learn a flam drag, ratamacue, paradiddle, swiss army triplets are fun, and use inverted flam taps to strengthen your note placement.
