It Gets Better: Lesbian Christian Kittredge Cherry in Los Angeles

Kittredge Cherry, lesbian Christian author, has a message for LGBT youth: It gets better. She describes the anti-gay bullying and loneliness that she experienced growing up in Iowa. But life got better. She rejoices that she is still together with her college sweetheart, they came out to family and on the job, and she knows that God loves her as she is. As a teenager she felt that the life of this world was a dark night, but now she affirms that there are bright days ahead. Cherry is the author of "Equal Rites" and founder of http://jesusinlove.org. She was ordained by Metropolitan Community Churches and served as National Ecumenical Officer.

@Verowatches I just wonder, how come you quote scriptures, those verses you quote are wonderful, however, that doesn't apply to our discussion, I have a question for you, how does a loving God allows and loves sin? @Verowatches I did not say you do not know how to read your Bible, my dear sorry for the confusion but what I'm trying to emphasize is the sin and not the person itself, I love the lady speaks on her video as much as I love you in the Lord. Hateful? You need to sit down for a minute and think about where your line at condemning a person v/s an act lies. But while we're at it, would you like me to stalk you and say you're not a Christian every time you sin?

@Verowatches Yes, the scriptures says it all we should love one another but hate the sin. Let me quote to you the verse, Jesus actually said in John 8:11 King James Bible

She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. Now what that does mean, yes we do not condemn homosexuals but we condemn the homosexual sin God hates. We do not twist what was said in the scriptures. lest a worse thing come unto us. Ecumenism is of the devil and LGBT as well.
