  • hay, a message for Laura I'm doing a similar masters dissertation investigating the volunteer tourism phenomenon. I'm looking into wether volunteer tourism actually benefits the host population or wether commercialisation has caused it to become more of an opportunity for people to boost their CVS. I have found its as important to research the context of the volunteer providing country in relation to social structures to look at how vollunteer tourism is evolving. To contact me look bellow
