2 QUESTIONS - 1- After we have done our cardio should we consume our breakfast straight after?
2- Will the cardio be enough for the day (Excluding day to day cardio)?

@147freestyler yes on #1. Yes thats the whole point. Do 10 to 14 of high intensity as opposed to the boring non productive long cardio......thanks

@totalhealth4life Hey there Rico, big fan, also very big on health and fitness. My question is this, since you are coming off the fast in the morning and muscle unfortuneately is the first source of energy used, wouldnt cardio without any protein make you lose muscle??? Thx for your time
