  • 2 QUESTIONS - 1- After we have done our cardio should we consume our breakfast straight after?

    2- Will the cardio be enough for the day (Excluding day to day cardio)?

  • @147freestyler yes on #1. Yes thats the whole point. Do 10 to 14 of high intensity as opposed to the boring non productive long cardio......thanks

  • @totalhealth4life Hey there Rico, big fan, also very big on health and fitness. My question is this, since you are coming off the fast in the morning and muscle unfortuneately is the first source of energy used, wouldnt cardio without any protein make you lose muscle??? Thx for your time

  • @ummmj First thing you burn is fat as their is no glycogen (carbs)

  • so does this mean if you dont have much body fat and you do cardio 4 to long it will start to burn muscle. do you have a rough idea how long to do cardio per bodyfat % thanks

  • @147freestyler eat right after the cardio.Strength training help a lot 'cause you spend more calories to maintain your muscules even at rest.P.S. Don't drink coffee before cardio like this guy says--drink water
