  • As a note, you are leading with your butt, which means you are starting the lift with your quads and straightening your knees and hips too soon. Try visualizing starting your lift with your shoulders, pulling up and back, and finishing the lift by locking out your hips.

  • well one thing is you are leaning foward too much for a sumo. a sumo dead is kinda like half deadlift half squat.get the weight on your heels. wiggle your toes at the bottom and at the top to check your form. hard to tell due to the rack in the way, but you might fair better with a wider stance and squatting the weight up. walk up to the bar touch with your legs and back up a few inches squat down until your knees are over the bar a little. then stand up and lean way back!! good job though!
