You actually can cut and paste in the OS X Finder...the process is just kind of odd. Here's how it works.

  • @lenoat702 Depending on how you have your mouse set up, it might be double click (two finger click). To change this go into your System Preferences and go to the trackpad/mouse option, depending on what you are using.

  • just get totalfinder it adds many features that should already be in osx like, folders on top and cut and paste
