  • @hanyo6666 Bench shirts are suppossed to be tight...wow what an uneducated comment.

  • The shirt resists the weight by building tension as it approaches the chest, giving some rebound. It does help you lift more, but it's not like people like to think. People act like powerlifters just throw on a shirt and hit big numbers. The big boys all have great raw strength and there is A LOT of technique involved to make the shirt "work for you" - to work around it's groove and get the most out of it.

  • Bench shirts usually make u go up about 40 lbs n they're usually made for competition

  • Bench press shirts are for fags. Why not just get a hydraulic lift to bench press for you? Same thing. I got 425 lbs weighing 185 lbs with no friggin shirt. Big fat men wearing bench press shirts, I have to laugh.

  • whats the song?

  • For him, the shirt adds almost 400 lbs. The clean record is only 715 lbs. If it really makes that much of a difference, than it is obvious that shirts are bullshit.

Bench shirts are for pussies. Only CLEAN records should count.

  • @n00bzor86 you fit right in.

  • @ElRancholo2 Yeah 1000lbs hovering over your face is pussy... Youtube where the fuckwits of society congregate..

  • @hanyo6666 Dont make stupid comments if you dont know what the fuck your talking about.

  • @saksvik dude do you even train or are you a bodybuilding wannabe? you have to have raw strength to bench in a shirt too, but you have to have alot more skill to bench in a shirt. don't knock it till you put one on.
