Chasing a spec miata during High Speed Touring

Had a good time trying to chase down #95 SM in the first morning session of HST. I imagine he was doing some test and tune . . .

Just before the end of the session we are both swallowed up by a couple of faster cars. Very fun.

My car is a '94 Miata, street legal and driven to the track, but I do have a roll bar, exhaust, header, intake and tein coilovers, running Toyo RA-1s. My 117hp s/b similar to SM (even a little better) since my 1.8 is not restricted but I imagine I weigh a little more (full interior, convertible top, AC)
