Just did it for the first time a minute ago. I got 30. I am hoping for 35 next week!

38. I would say not bad considering I already cashed my arms today.

I would think that you would NOT fully lockout, but rather nearly do so. That way, you would protect tyour elbow joints from harm due to downward momentum.

@MMAConditioning1 no kip, don't lock out, but extend nearly fully.
