it works but i cant see the whole iphone screen i have to use the scroll bars

help!! im able to view my iphone on ma laptop however whenever i click an App open and want to view something within that app nothing happens after i click on it. When i right click it takes me back to my springboard. M frustrated with this.

Funny, my computer can connect to my iPod and control stuff, but the VNC Viewer window is completely black. Please explain.
