Check out the above video at 2:10. I address this exact issue - the feathering shafts were too short in my case. In your case it could be the feathering shafts, the servo arm positions, or even the servo settings in your radio. When you turn the radio and heli on (and the rotor is not spinning), the blades should be flat. Keep in mind that all three servos will rise, increasing blade pitch, as you increase speed, which is why it should be flat when sitting still. Check those out first and see

You replaced a couple of servos because one had stripped gears and the other wasn't getting a good signal, and the gyro might be bad? How in the world can you tell if a servo is not getting a good signal? Or that a gyro is bad?
My king2 wants to fly in circles (spin), so SOMETHING is going on with the tail rudder, and it's hooked up to a servo.
Someone told me that almost all the electronics on the heli is garbage, and should be replaced. RIGHT AWAY. I believe it now.

Yup, it's true, the electronics do suck. With the tail it can be one of three things, the servo, the gyro, or the receiver. Check the servo by unplugging it from the gyro and plugging it directly into the receiver. Use one of the servo slots for the rotor that you know is working. If the servo works then it could be your gyro. Test the gyro by plugging in a known good servo. If you move the gyro back and forth and the servo doesn't respond, then you have a gyro issue.

I cant get mine dialed in I'm almost ready to give up the hobby. The second i take off it spins in circles and its very very wobbly on the ground and moves around a lot on the ground

For the spinning, check your tail servo position and of course that it's working. Also could be the gyro - my brother's died pretty quick.
Bad wobbles are usually from unbalanced blades (crashing) or can even be from the bolts being too tight on the blade grips.
Anyway, don't give up. It's a tough thing to get the hang of. I started with a coax heli and that really helped
