@iDPG95 They aren't hard on your knees unless your legs buckle in, and if you're only hitting your quads, you're not doing them right.

@JordanSpecops123 i agree you shouldnt have a wide ass stance, but still. sit back, thats a squat. if u do it right it also requires a lot of flexibility

These 'how to' videos always amuse me. This was a pretty good squat but I wouldn't say its a 'How to'. I'm not saying my squat is any better. If you want to know how to squat search Ivan Chakarov.

@iDPG95 That squat is for fat powerlifters using super wide sumo stances, 2 mile long knee wraps, super tight suits who go to a questionable depth. They sit back like they're trying to take dick in the ass.
Yet Olympic squats are an assistance lift which helps with C&J and snatch. They're a lot harder as you hit rock bottom and you require lots of flexibility.
