  • This is such a sweet looking outfit I definitely plan on getting through you guys. I'm also very interested in upgrading to the SAS TEC back armor.

However, what would you recommend for chest protection with this outfit?

Does the Turbine have any chest pockets and/or is there any SAS TEC armor available for chest?

Or are you better off losing the back armor completely and getting a seperate chest/back vest?

  • @ivank1 Hey Ivan, there are no specific chect pockets on this bad boy. You could go the chest / back protector route. Off the top of my head I am trying to think of who does a freestanding chest protector.

  • Review on this topic to clarify the matter:

I cant give you a link, coz that stupid Youtube do allow link. Search youtube for: REV'IT! Armor & Protection Guide at RevZilla.com

  • There is so much commercial crap from manufacturers that sometimes presenters just make mistake. Same problem as with Dainese.

It is just a mistake. Contact Revzilla directly. Guys have a lot of knowledge. I am sure they will clear this.

There is no CE Level 2 standard for any shoulder/ elbow armor at this moment.

    LP

  • @Rtype1000 So it's not possible to have CE level 2 for any shoulder/ elbow gear? This is not a typo then, cause the video clearly mentions that as well. Could someone at Revzilla clarify please?

  • You dont have to send no emails to REVIT. In Europe there is no Level 2 claim for elbow or knee armor fro REVIT. Just CE level 1. CE Level 2 for shoulders, elbows and knees does not exist. So no one can claim that their equipment have that level.

  • @Rtype1000 I just emailed Rev'it to clarify this point. Thanks for bringing this up.

  • CE level 2 shoulder and elbow armor? This is typo guys. There is no level 2 CE rating for any armour, except for back protectors.
