Here are the questions I have addressed today. Let me know if you need me to go into more detail:
1. When should I let Social Security know about any new disabling condition after I have received disability benefits?
2. Should I ask for a Continuing Disability Review
3. How do I get my new disabling condition into consideration during the disability review
4. Do I want to reapply during the review
5. Can Social Security be sued for withholding a retroactive payment for over 8 months
6. Does the physical exam I took from a Social Security Doctor play a part if the doctor said that he thinks I should get my benefits
When I was denied, my lawyer said I may be gettin a letter in about 2 weeks from the ss office...it has been about 2 months and nothing. I called ss office 3 or 4 people told me "over a period of 2 days" that I have been approved by the reconsideration examiner...now it is in the quality review board...........is this good or bad........what does it mean...

Is going to school going to effect how they view your disability? My son was going to go to college and I talked him out of it. Not just because he might lose his disability, but because he's obviously deluded in thinking he could handle it. At this time with job markets as they are, what chance do these people have if so many others have recent work skills and not been disabled? A disabled person is obviously a bigger risk to them. Does the government give an incentive to hire these people?

I'd thrown out most of the records I'd had during one of my manic stages. Now I don't even know for sure what my original diagnosis was and is. I also had help from people I didn't even recall at the time that also apparently did work for the government. One of my fears besides losing it is having a major relapse. If your situation has changed, that also scares me as I wait each month for the next check, which has been the norm? for years. I still can't believe how much time has gone by .

Sorry my question is: Would the judge take into account my medical records and my doctor and the 911 calls to assit me and why they were called out in the first place. Would those would the judge take those into account. I really cant work I kept on working when my doctor told me to stop. I did not want to file so I kept on working then it came to the point where i could no longer work.

Would my EMT calls to assit me come into play. I mean I get really weak and tried and have flareups which calls me pain. So when people see me they think I need medical help when I am just dealing with my everyday condition. My doctors say I am disabled but this examing doctor from SS told me to my face and ended the exam within a few minutes. My lawer told me today just found out that this is going to cause a problem but I gave them a list of when the 911 calls were made and the location

The first time I went to there office his staff told him that I needed help that I needed a wheelchair but he told them no that I had to walk to the back and I fell. Then they put me in a wheelchair then took me outside and said the office was closed.Second time I went they were alot helpful and that is when the doctor told me he woudl send a favorable letter. How much does the judge put into account this compare to my doctor

I just found out that the SSI Doctor that took my physical and told me that he was going to send me a favorable letter that I should get Disabilitly because I am disabled. What he wrote to SS was 100 percent different then what he told me. My lawer saying that is a big problem but letters and my doctors say I am disabled I am worried and scared because I dont know what is going on Why tell me one thing then write some thing different
